At Kraken Creatives, all of our products are made to order and personalised, which means we take extra care in preparing each item just for you. Please read below for full details on our shipping process.

 

 

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and created within 2–3 weeks.

  • If you need your order sooner, please contact us before placing your order via Instagram @krakencreative or email info@krakencreative.com to see if a rush option is available.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

  • We use Royal Mail or Evri for delivery.

  • Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days (UK only).

  • You will receive a confirmation once your order has shipped. Tracking information may be provided depending on the service used.

 

International Orders

 

  • At this time, please contact us directly if you’d like to place an international order. We can provide a custom quote for shipping and timeframes.

 

Important Reminders

 

Please double-check your delivery address. We are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect information.

We cannot be held liable for courier delays once the parcel has been dispatched.

 

Customs, Duties & Delays

For any international shipments (if available), buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
